De Facto (Subclass 820/309) Visa - is for people who are in a common law

Interdependency (Subclass 826/310) Visa - is
generally for people who are in a same sex
common law relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident or
eligible New Zealand citizen.
Fiancé - Prospective Spouse (Subclass 300) Visa - is for a fiancé who is
engaged to an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand
citizen.
