The National Visas fee above does not include the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) application fee of AU$1,787.

The AAT application fee is payable in all cases except when applying for review of a bridging visa decision (including any related decision to require a security bond) that resulted in a person being placed in immigration detention.

The AAT application fee may be reduced by 50% in some instances.

50% of the AAT application fee may be refunded in some instances.
