Thanks a bunch for the GOOD NEWS last week as I have been granted with the Permanent Resident Visa. It was surprised me a lot as my visa application was just lodged to DIAC last month. I did not expect such a real time response; I thought it will be issued at least by end of October or early November!
 
It's been almost 2 years since I started contracting with National Visas service on October 8/2011 until I finally granted with the Visa in October 4/2013. It's been indeed a long process but it's now been paid off.
 
During this past 2 years, I received outstanding support from National Visas staff in helping me for the whole visa process, preparing documentation, assisting me with the certification and lodging my applications. On top of that, I also received some valuable efforts for getting visa news updates and response to any single of my questions timely.

Going through the visa application made very early on this year (I was planning to travel Down Under in March 2013) I noticed that I had not opened your Visa Confirmation following my payment.

I went back to your "site" to check on the actual validity of my confirmed visa , then found out indeed that I had not printed the most important document (visa granted!) that gave all the answers!

A few years ago, due to a grievous clerical error by my former Migration Agent, I was excluded from Australia for an indefinite amount of time. Randomly, I happened to have Simon from National Visas number in my mobile, and so in desperation, I called him from overseas.
