A Registered Migration Agent will conduct an initial assessment of your personal
circumstances to determine the most appropriate visa to apply for. This can be
done by Online Assessment, appointment, phone, fax or email. A decision will be
made by the Registered Migration Agent to determine if National Visas is able to
provide the Premier Service to the client.
Step 2 Detailed Assessment and Documentation Check
The Documentation Check involves a Registered Migration Agent reviewing all of
the supporting documentation required to ensure it is complete and sufficient to
submit a strong, valid visa application. This step may also involve a Registered
Migration Agent advising you what essential steps and procedures you need to
complete before your visa application is lodged (eg. Skills Assessment).
Step 3 Visa Application Preparation and Submission
The Visa Application Preparation and Submission Check involves a Registered
Migration Agent checking that all of the forms are complete and correct. The
Registered Migration Agent will then reconfirm that all the forms and supporting
documentation required are accurate and comprehensive. The Visa Application is
then submitted to the relevant governing authorities on your behalf.
Step 4 Visa Application Processing and the Decision
National Visas correspond with governing authorities on your behalf during the processing of your application as required. This will ensure that you are kept informed about the status of your application and that it is being processed as quickly as possible.
