Becoming an approved business sponsor can take months. Why wait until you need to fill a gap quickly at the last minute? This service ensures you are prepared to employ the best candidate without unnecessary delay, regardless of the person's passport nationality by helping you become an 'approved business sponsor'. Sponsorships last for 3 years so your business will be prepared to hire who and when you need to.

One of our Registered Migration Agents will be your representative throughout the entire Business Sponsorship Approval process. We will review your documentation, prepare and lodge your Business Sponsorship Application. We also liaise with the Australian Department of Home Affairs on your behalf.

We recommend every business have a valid Business Sponsorship Approval to ensure you are 'Employer Ready'.

The Employer Ready Service (Employer) includes:

Confirming you are able to employ overseas passport holders to fill a position (Business Sponsorship Approval);
Confirming you are "employer ready" and eligible to sponsor international candidates (Letter from National Visas confirming your employer ready status);
Providing the potential employee with some initial information on the employee requirements for a visa; and
Enabling any potential employee access to National Visas to discuss employee visa requirements for their situation (to cover such issues as including family members, health insurance etc).

Online Advice - you will receive 24 hour access to our Registered Migration Agents, for a 365 day period (12 months).. We will help you with any queries you have.

Video Consultation and Telephone - you receive multiple video and telephone consultations with one of our Registered Migration Agents to discuss any details of your case.

Many people find it difficult to find an employer in Australia who is willing to sponsor them because the employers are not certain that the person has the appropriate level of work skills and English language ability for Australia

This service will help you become ready for Australian employers to sponsor you and will make you more employable as it will:

Remove the doubt from any potential employer about your skills ability as you will have a recognised Australian Industry document confirming your skills level.
Remove the doubt from any potential employer about your English language ability as you will have an internationally recognised English language (IELTS) test result (if required).
Potentially reduce the time to prepare a visa application as you have already completed some steps of the visa application process in advance (thereby enabling you to start work for an employer a lot faster than other people in a similar situation).
Remove doubt from any potential employer about your ability to obtain a visa as you will be issued a letter from National Visas confirming that, in our opinion you are 'application ready'. That is, that you appear to meet the basic requirements as a sponsored visa applicant. Please note, the final decision on any visa application always rests with the Department of Home Affairs.
