STEP 2: COMPLETE THE ONLINE CONSULTATION - The Online Consultation enables National Visas to provide an accurate Australian immigration service.
STEP 3: On the payment page click on the VIEW YOUR PROFILE link in the bottom left hand corner of the page.
STEP 4: Click on the ASK A QUESTION – ONLINE MESSAGE CENTRE link and simply ask your question.
STEP 5: Your question will be answered within 2 working days.
