Senior Executives with experience in the top three levels of management
within a major business may be eligible for a Senior Executive Visa. The
requirements of the Senior Executive Visa are:
For at least 2 of the last 4 fiscal years immediately before the
visa application is lodged, you must have occupied a position in the
3 highest levels of the management structure of a major business in
which you were responsible for strategic policy development affecting
a major component or wide range of operations of that major business.
You must have an overall successful business career and no record
of unacceptable business activity.
You have assets of at least AU$500,000; which must be lawfully acquired
and available for transfer to Australia within 2 years after the grant
of the visa.
You must be less than 45 years of age (less than 55 years of age
for state sponsorship).
You must have vocational (IELTS 5) English (not required for state
sponsorship).

of less than 3 months the Business Visitor Visa
