UK Border Agency is the accountable for the UK Border Agency to make sure that the UK borders are protected and they are also the ones who control the migration within the UK. However there are quite few changes about the process that gives new laws, such as the tier system. It is called Points Based System or PBS, in which they are giving much study in regards with the arrangement of UK immigration services into a five-tier immigration model. This tier system is calculated to cover all non EEA nationals who are immigrating to the UK however the person who got in through their family based visa application

Tier one of the five tier system is identified as wide-ranging highly skilled migrants and quite significant because it plays an important position in the UK immigration services as they maintain the economy globally competitive. But what is Tier one basically? According to the piece of information;

Tier one of the five tier system means that you have got to score 75 points, which are mainly based on your qualifications, age and previous earnings. Based on your qualifications a bachelor’s degree will gain you 30 points, a master’s degree will gain you 35 points and a PhD will gain you 50 points. Based on your age if you are under 28 you will gain 20 points, if you are between the ages of 28 and 29 you will gain 10 points and if you are 30, 31 or over you will gain five points.

Tier one of the five tier system is indeed now grow as it is more reliable for the potential UK immigration. This also help them approve their visa easier than the Tier two visas, fast and easy is the one good reason to avail this. However keep in mind that tier one assessment is reliable with selecting the most extremely skilled applicants.

Employers can take part in the Employer Nomination Scheme. To do so, they must be actively and lawfully operating a business in Australia.

The employer must also follow all relevant Australian laws and have a satisfactory record of meeting migration laws (if they’ve sponsored employees for an Australia visa before). The position must be for paid employment and should be genuinely needed for their business. They must provide the employee with an offer of permanent employment. The employer must also have a current training strategy if they are an existing business or a training plan for a newly established business.

The position itself has to be for full-time employment, should be on-going and must be available for at least 3 years. Working conditions for this opening should be favourable under relevant Australian legislation. For an employer to be able to nominate a position for a sponsored Australian visa, it should be included in the highly skilled occupation list. There are also minimum salary level requirements for ENS.

Eligible individuals can also sponsor for an Australia visa. An example of one type of visa that allows this is the Sponsored Family Visitor visa or subclass 679. The sponsor must be an Australia citizen or a permanent resident, he or she must be aged 18 or above and should have been settled in Australia for a reasonable amount of time (usually 2 years).
For other visa types, relationships such as fiance, same sex partner, cousins or fiends can also sponsor for an Australian visa. Special Category visa holders, eligible New Zealand citizens, New Zealand citizens and New Zealand permanent residents are also allowed to sponsor for some Australian visa types.
