August 19, 2010, Australia – Because of the high number of unemployment for youth in Australia, Tony Abbott expressed his new deal dole-breaker scheme to help people from relying much on their welfare and ask for support from the government, without working or exerting effort.

With his offered plan on giving away $6500 bonus for long term young unemployed who can find and stay with their jobs within two years. In another separate announcement, Prime Minister Julia Gillard saying that a $392.3 million package to put a “doctor in the lounge room” using the strategy of having an internet broadband.

The rampant long-term welfare dependency has been all over Australia, and this has made almost a portion of the Australian Citizen to get more help from the government. However, in Tony Abbott’s pledge regarding the issue, says he would debate the cause with Prime Minister Julia Gillard as soon as she attended a town hall style meeting in Brisbane.
He even mentioned, a continuing support saying that he will get the young unemployed youth that he will pay an amount of $2500 if they got a job and stayed off from welfare for over a year or so, and another $4000 if they stay in the job and off from welfare for about two years.

“I am unveiling a new deal for young people who might otherwise be trapped in long-term welfare dependency. It will involve more help from the government, more effort from industry and, more importantly, more expectations of young people,” he told the Herald Sun.

“We’ll do our part as a government and as a society, but we expect young people to lift their game too.”
His plan on doing this and for the subject’s implementation is to restructure Australia’s Labor proposed relocation payment of up to $6000 for people who moved home to take up a job offer, thus will promote and motivate young vulnerable people. While Ms Gillard is up on promoting the use of internet to help doctors and patients have an easy way of treating each other. Also the plan will include rebate for Medicare from July which at least 450 000 people will benefit.
