Ireland Australia visa applications rose by 60 percent

January 18, 2011 – A recent report shows 60% jump in Ireland-Australia visa application for permanent Australian working visas. The number of 12 month Australian working holiday Australia visa applications made has shown significant decrease however the figures speak for themselves as more and more people are finding it tougher to get employment in this country. But still, many believe that this will be the state of play for years to come.

It is believed that the best option is to gain quality work experience in Australia and other countries with a view to returning home when things pick up. But it is indeed mandatory that one must possess a working visa for Australia to get the job they dream for.

More than 35,000 job vacancies are estimated in Australia that needs overseas skilled workers to fill in. There were single people who were looking to enjoy their time in Australia in the past. And just recently, visa specialists said that inquiries are coming mostly from families. Most of the inquiries they get are about schools and first time buyers’ grants. Occupation related application also showed a vast change of the past two years.
