March 29, 2011 – The Crusaders’ are now eager to bring themselves up in the game list in the Super league after they have received the news that their three key players stranded in Australia are allowed to join their team in the next few days.

The three players include utility back, Rhys Hanbury, the second-rower, Frank Winterstein, and the new signing, Hep Cahill. They all have missed six weeks since the start of the season because of delays in accomplishing their Australian visa requirements; thus, ending up having delays in getting their visa from Australia. But a UK Border agency has already processed their papers and they are now expected to arrive in Australia in the next few days.

The return of the Australian trio will help boost the confidence of the team in aiming for victory and, thus strengthens the squad more. Coach Iestyn Harris will be hoping for the squad to aim higher than before since aside from the trio, it also added Jordan Tansey and Andy Bracek to the team
.
As for Hanbury and Winterstein, they both played important roles in the Crusaders’ victory in garnering 8th place last 2010. While Cahill is the Kiwi second rower and has agreed to join the group from Melbourne Storm in the winter.

Harris admitted that having this trio will bring great change for the group. He noted that the group has been under some frustrations and is a bit weak at the moment. Thus, having these three added to the group, it brings hope for a victorious season.

Thus, it was an important lesson for the three to really settle their Australian visa requirements and so will not have any problem regarding Australia and visa in the future.
Their team won’t be left hanging especially that they really were a loss to the team when they were not around.
