Brockman’ Appointed by OMD Australia as Business Director
January 13, 2010 – Simon Brockman has been appointed by OMD as business director at its Sydney office. He will be working across the Allianz, Weight Watchers, Visa and Hasbro accounts. He had started to work and report to the General Manager of OMD last January 4.
As per his short biography, Brockman had spent 13 years in UK and went back to Australia and that is when he was appointed by OMD to become the business director in Sydney office. While he was in UK, he led OMD’s Reckitt Benckiser, National Savings and Investments and Weight Watchers accounts. Other companies that he had also take part of were Clemenger Sydney and Carat London.
Of course, just like any other returnees, Brockman also experience the process of application for Australian visa.
Mark Jarret, the General Manager of OMD Sydney expressed that they are very pleased have Simon on board. The company is so proud of Simon’s capability of bringing a wealth of experience across retail, FMCG, telecoms, finance and tourism to name a few.
