Australia, April 5, 2010 – From the recent news on ABC that has been spread out throughout the country regarding the students in Australia. According to the news the top universities in the land down under have recently announced the new process on visa, as they move forward the benefits for the post graduates. For the post graduates students in Australia to have and can apply for a permanent residency as they finished their studies.
The changes in Australian visa might be come into effect later this year. From the federal government as they also reviewing the point system that will be applied system for skilled migrants and the list of preferred skills.
The Group of Eight, which represents Australia’s top academic institutions after their meeting and evaluating the new system said that it could be a better idea to see PhD students, guaranteed a three-year visa after completing an Australian degree. In line with this, they can apply for a permanent visa to stay and work eventually in Australia.
