You could do this by asking questions to clarify anything you do not understand. You could ask about their experience. Ask about their areas of expertise; their experience, knowledge and competence to effectively deal with your issue and the outcomes of any prior similar matters. You must also ask about their fee and the terms. Ask if their fee includes a conditional refund, will they you provide you with written information as to how they propose to refund your money. You could also ask if there are any other costs.

You should also not forget to ask for your options. Ask what options they can recommend; options you can apply for and what do they expect from you in relation to the service. You could also ask if the fees could be reduced if you do some of the work, as well as ask for the drawbacks if you do some of the work.
